November has come and gone and here it is December and still no mailbox. I got CWD to agree to pay for 99% of the damage, but they refuse to pay the $85 out of area fee that Brick Doctor insisted on getting paid. I asked Brick Doctor to omit this fee but they refuse. I'm like, really? You are losing a job that's worth over $1,000 because you won't drop that fee. Okaaayyy. So, I'm back to square one. I'm getting more bids to see what I can find. I have already committed to the amount so it has to be done for less than that. The saga continues....
