AND NOW...A FEW RECIPES FOR YOU TO TRY (CLICK ON PICTURES TO SEE THEM LARGER):
My Thoughts: I love reading Amish books but I especially enjoy reading their recipes. They have such a homey-feel to them. I was thrilled to get chosen to review this cookbook since I am a cookbook junkie. I didn't run into any recipes that needed specialty ingredients which was great. I did need to adjust a few seasonings but I do that with any recipe. All in all, this is a good recipe book to add to any collection.
